• How do I book the service?

    Customers can create a new account by clicking on the Signup button and subsequently login with their designated User ID & Password, and book a pickup by choosing a preferred time slot.

    Alternatively customers can also login as Guest Users and directly book pickups by clicking on the ‘Book a Repair’ button on the home page.

  • How Does It Work?

    Soldrit primarily provides repair services for an assortment of Electronic devices via dedicated pickup/delivery from homes or offices.

    Customers can place orders via Registered/Guest Login from our website.

    1. Customers are required to choose the device category/model and book a time slot that is suitable for them for the device pickup.
    2. The device is picked up from the user location at the stipulated time by our delivery executives.
    3. Once the device arrives at our repair facility, our certified technicians will carry out diagnosis of the device.
    4. The customer will be notified of the Diagnosis, Estimated Repair Cost and Estimated Delivery Date; and asked to Provide Approval (through Phone/My Account/E-Mail) for us to initiate the repair process.
    5. After the allocated repairs have been completed, the Final Repair Cost Invoice is generated; and a Delivery Time Slot is assigned by us based on our correspondence with the customer.
    6. The device is delivered to the customer at the designated time slot and the customer can make the payment to our executive via COD.
  • How does the Slot System Work?

    Customers can schedule a pickup by choosing a convenient Time Slot. Slots can be booked for up to 15 days in advance.

    The pickup slots can be chosen by the customers and our delivery executives will pickup the device from the specified location. The delivery slots will be assigned by us based on our correspondence with the customer.

  • How Do I Check the Current Status of My Orders?

    Registered users can determine the current status of their order by logging in and viewing the ‘My Orders’ section within ‘My Account’.

    Alternatively, Guest Users can click on the ‘Track Order’ function on the home page and enter the order number along with their registered E-mail ID to know the current status of their order.

    Both Registered and Guest users can contact our customer service desk at [email protected] or +91-8884445432, and our customer service representatives will relay the status of your order.

  • What is the Procedure if I Want to Cancel an Order?

    There are two stages where an order can be cancelled:

    1. Cancellation After Pickup is Scheduled: Customers can cancel the scheduled pickup 2 hours before the device is picked up without incurring any surcharges.
    2. Cancellation After Diagnosis: Customers can cancel the repair process if they are not satisfied with the Diagnosis / Estimated Repair Cost / Estimated Delivery Date by paying a diagnosis surcharge of 350/- Rupees (This surcharge is waived if the customer goes through with the repair process)

    * Once the customer has provided approval however, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

  • What is the Customer Approval Stage?

    Once the device is diagnosed by our technician and the Diagnosis, Estimated Repair Cost and Estimated Delivery Date is notified to the customer, we require the Customer Approval to initiate with the repair process.

    The customer can provide approval through Phone/My Account/E-Mail.

    However, If the customer opts to cancel the order at this stage, the device will be returned to the customer and a diagnosis surcharge of 350/- Rupees will be levied.

  • How Do I Make a Payment for Soldrit Services?

    Currently, we only accept COD (Cash-on-Delivery), which can be made to our delivery executive upon receiving and verifying the repairs on the device.

  • Will I be Charged for Pick Up & Delivery

    We provide free pickup and delivery of the devices anywhere, within the Municipal Limits, in Bangalore.

  • Are there any Hidden Charges (sales, octroi etc.)

    The prices communicated for all the services are final and all-inclusive. The price that is quoted on the estimate/invoice is precisely what the customers will be requested to pay.

    In the event of a cancellation after diagnosis, a surcharge of 350/- Rupees will be levied on the customer.

  • Are the spares or components replaced on your device, excluding smartphones/tablet devices, original and supplied by original equipment manufacturers?

    Yes, all components replaced on your audio speakers and amplifiers, televisions and monitors, inverters or UPS and desktops are from the same manufacturers and 100% original belonging to the same family of the OEM chip. However, when it comes to the components that have been discontinued by the OEM, only on such instances Soldrit sources substitute components from other reputed manufacturers. If such a case arises, customer is duly informed.

  • Are the spares or components replaced on your device original and supplied by original equipment manufacturers?

    Not all components replaced on your smartphones are procured from original equipment manufacturers (Samsung, Apple, Sony, etc.). Users of our service looking for original spares can opt for company authorized service centers. However, in order to ensure economical and quick repairs we opt for carefully chosen suppliers and all parts procured are quality tested and are of high grade, due to which we are able to offer industry unmatched warranty of 90 days for our repairs.

  • What is the difference between compatible screen used by Soldrit and the original OEM screen?

    There are various grades of compatible screens, which differ in quality. However, at Soldrit we source it from reputed vendors from India and abroad, which are of the highest quality. Soldrit customers be rest assured on the quality of LCD screens when it comes to pixel density (resolution), brightness, digitizer (touch screen) sensitivity and the quality of glass.

  • What is covered under 90 days service warranty and does the original manufacturer warranty get void post repair with Soldrit?

    Once the user approves to get any device repaired through Soldrit, a 90 days service warranty on the repairs is provided. If the user comes across the same issue within the 90 days period Soldrit will get the issue rectified with no additional cost. However, post repairs with Soldrit if the user encounters some other issue other than what Soldrit rectified, the warranty will not be provided for the same. In all the orders however, Soldrit performs a quality test to see whether all the features work properly before the device is delivered to the customer.

    Once the user chooses Soldrit Services the original manufacturer warranty is deemed void.
